Training Options
Our Comprehensive Instructor Training can take place over the course of one or two days.
One Day: 10 hours in length - can be shortened to 8 hours with online work
Two Day: 14 hours in length (7 hours each day)
Comprehensive is the training we recommend most to appeal to the majority of trainees. If you have a group of experienced barre instructors wanting to learn more, or are interested in our interval program (BIIT), or Essentials Course please let us know.
